Sustained pulsar monitoring for GLAST is provided by a consortium of radio and X-ray astronomers. A memorandum of understanding describing the consortium's agreement with the LAT collaboration is LAT-MD-09047-01
. A memorandum of understanding describing an agreement between the Urumqi radio observatory (Nanshan, China) and the LAT collaboration is LAT-MD-9064-01
.
